In this tutorial, will view a Google YouTube tutorial on how to manage your files, and go through various tutorials based on your particular MCD on how to save both locally and on Google Drive. Bear in mind that in order to save locally, you must click on the Keep Offline button located in the upper right menu that resembles 3 vertical dots.
Have fun and explore on your own once you have completed the tutorial.

If your device does not require an app or if there is not an app available for your device, simply follow this tutorial. Go to the tutorial. Once your are done with the tutorial, practice saving your document.

In this step, you will be able to access your files offline. That is, they will be stored on your device. Click to begin the tutorial on offline access. Once you finish the tutorial, try it out on your device. Start by clicking the keep offline button located on the upper right under the three vertical dots menu. Then, move on to Step - 2 Part III
In this step, you will be able to create screenshots of the offline and Google Drive directory from the homescreen and email them to the instructor. Click to email the instructor Once you are finished, proceed to step 3.
